CHARLES MARANGA
CHAIRMAN/ Managing Director
Charles Maranga is a HR practitioner with over 30 years of experience. Charles began his HR career as a Personnel officer at Kenya post and telecommunications. He later joined Hotel Intercontinental as the Human Resources Manager. He has also worked as Head of Human Resources at Kenya Airways. Charles was responsible in the turnaround at Kenya Airways and spearheaded the employee relations and union negotiations at Kenya Airways.

BENSON WANGALWA
Business Development Director
Benson is a HR practitioner with over 15years experience, having worked with well-known global brands such as Lafarge-Holcim, Essar Telecom, Shell and Coca-Cola.Benson Wangalwa previously worked at Bamburi Cement Limited as the Country Transformation Director and Human Resources Director. He has a wealth of experience from various industries including Oil & Gas, FMCG and Telecoms.

PATRICK ALANDO
Consultant
Patrick Alando is a HR practitioner with over 15 years HR Management experience in Banking, Airline Oil manufacturing and Corporate HR consultancy sectors.
His key areas of expertise include:
– HR Consulting/ Business Partnership; Organisation Change/ Restructuring; Culture Change/ Organisational Transformation Programs Implementation; Recruitment and Selection; Performance Management; Learning and Development / Talent Management: Compensation and Benefits Management as well as HR Policy and Process development and implementation.
